Overalt i verden ser vi konflikter og krige spire, klimakatastrofen tordner og den globale ulighed stiger. Som resultat drives utallige mennesker på flugt, millioner mister deres hjem og deres levegrundlag trues dagligt. Men vi ser også folk gøre modstand. I Iran ulmer både kvinde- og arbejderoprøret, palæstinensiske brigader kæmper fortsat mod Israelsk besættelse og klimaaktivister kæmper videre.
Derfor inviterer Socialistisk Ungdomsfront Hovedstaden og Internationalt Forum til solidaritetsfestival. Vi skal diskutere solidaritet med Palæstina, skrive breve til politiske fanger og høre oplæg om imperialismen i dag.

Fredag:

Around the world conflicts and wars are growing, the climate catastrophe is harsher than ever, and global inequality is increasing.
As a result, countless people are displaced, millions lose their homes, and their livelihood is threatened. But at the same time, we see growing resistance. The women- and workers’ rebellion in Iran is still raging, Palestinian brigades still fight Israeli occupation and climate activists continue the struggle.
In this context, Socialistisk Ungdomsfront (the Socialist Youth Front) Copenhagen and International Forum (the International Forum) invite you to Solidarity Festival. We will discuss how to arrange solidarity with Palestinians, write letters to political prisoners, and have presentations on today’s imperialism.

Friday:
6-8 pm – Debate on Danish militarism/Lars Bo Petersen (NEJ til Oprustning – JA til Bæredygtig Sikkerhedspolitik/no to war – yes to sustainable security policy), Niklas Zenius (activist in the Red Green Alliance and Foreningen Socialisten)

Saturday:
The programme is partially organised in plenary sessions and partly in workshop blocks. Block A is placed in the shop, B on the 1st floor in the front house, and C on the 1st floor in the back house
